Sure, I was late paying my bill this summer. I have been with Suburban for 16 years.

After returning from the hospital on August 14th (2017) I noticed both tanks had been removed. Not a word from them to expect this. I received a letter from them dated August 7th stating I had ten days to remit payment. As I mentioned, the tanks were gone on the 14th (7 days).

Is this any way to treat such a long-standing customer? I understand that they have new CEO's, Managers, etc., around screwing up things. Probably another Donald! I have at this writing paid this account in full and now have a negative balance.

I am planning to have service restored with them, but don't know what to expect in the future.

There is another propane service provider in the area, however, I am not too sure I would like to fool with them either. Hoping to stay warm this winter!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
