They came onto our property delivered a full tank of gas. We had only ever ordered half a tank at a time.

Gave us a bill for in excess of $700 when there was a lock box on the home and it was up for sale. When we approached them about it and asked them to remove half and we would pay for half they refused and locked the tank down. Now we have a problem with our gas heater and we can't get it fixed with the tank locked. We agreed with them that even though we had not requested the gas we would pay monthly gave them a card and it was agreed that they would come out to unlock the tank.

and check the heater. The driver came out checked the heater and found there was no electric to it but did not report this to us. He then locked the tank again. We had to call them to find this out, they told us that he had checked the heater and locked the tank again.

We went through everything that had been agreed, they said they didn't have an up to date credit card on file, they would also not take our card information from us and said a supervisor would call us, that was 3 days ago.

They never call back, we can't get our gas heater fixed, they won't come to a reasonable arrangement with us, so I am completely stuck. Someone please can you intervene with these people so we can get our gas heater fixed?
