Suburban Propane - Dissatisfied customer
The absolute worst!!A month ago my delivery guy slipped and fell into my truck causing damage.he was very apologetic, promising me that his 'boss' would be calling to arrange repair.
Two weeks went bye and i heard nothing. I did go and get two estimates in anticipation of the matter being dealt with quickly. After hearing nothing i drove down to our local office to enquire, handing in copies of the estimates. Two more weeks passed without a word....which had again been promised.
Yesterday i went in again to be informed that the 'boss/manager' had reviewed the bids and would not pay as he thought that i was padding the bill!Unbelievable ....he refuses to speak with me prefering to hide behind his office staff and has told this staff not to give me his superiors phone contact info What a bunch of crooks!!!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $2000.
Preferred solution: Fix the damage caused by your employee.
I didn't like: Lies, Poor management.
