When I ordered I was charged over $400 for a 250 tank. I then received a bill for $290.

When I called I was told I had a credit for $150. There was a lame excuse as to why. Perhaps the delivery guy didn't have enough, maybe he was coming back. Not.

I asked the amount be credited back to my card. I was told it had to be refunded and it would take over 2 weeks because it has to go through corporate.

This is unacceptable.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $145.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Wow unreal that it would take 2 weeks to refund someone elseโ€™s money but Iโ€™m pretty sure you would get some kinda late charge if you was 2 weeks late. Maybe you can charge some kinda screw up few,,Do yourself a favor and switch service before they get to your wallet even more itโ€™s only a matter of time
