Made an appointment for service, took the day off they never showed up. Lost a days pay, did not bother them at all.
2nd time made appointment, never showed up. 3rd appointment , showed up but does not know whats wrong. I will get back to you, never got back to me. Heat still not working I always pay my bill on time but that does not make any differance.
The girl next door buys propane from them and when she had a problem they told her to call some one else. It takes a lot less money to keep a customer than advertise for new ones.
