They missed appointment. Once they finally came out I've never gotten a call back from them, even after calling the office 11 times over a span of two weeks. Don't do business with this company- HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. No one is responsible for anything.
Managers can never speak - always in a meeting or in training, morning noon and night.
