Customer service

was a customer with 2 tanks. Called the company and scheduled a visit to get a quote for a new large underground tank.

They missed appointment. Once they finally came out I've never gotten a call back from them, even after calling the office 11 times over a span of two weeks. Don't do business with this company- HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. No one is responsible for anything.

Managers can never speak - always in a meeting or in training, morning noon and night.

I will never spend another $ with them and will make it my mission in life to give them bad reviews and referrals. They have delayed my construction job now for 3 weeks.
