When we switched from surbanpropane company to a different one we saved 600 dollars for propane. We switched in November, they didnt pick up tank until march, first thaw of the year.

Driver tore up our yard and ran over flowerbeds. Broke cement in driveway. Driver just said to send them a bill for damage. They said they would send us a Menards card for damage.

6 weeks later, still no card. Supervisor is Jim St John....worst company ever.

One of the first things you learn when having propane or petrol delivered in a large, heavy truck is to never allow them to drive onto your driveway, especially if it is made of cement although it will do damage to asphalt also. You can have an attorney send them a letter with a bill for damages, etc.

or sue in small claims court.

Make sure you have photos showing the damage and dates, times, driver's names and summary of phone calls, etc. Good luck.
