We were away for the month of Dec and let our payment be late. We called when we discovered we ran out of fuel and paid the balance over the phone.

We got delivery 24 hrs later but was assessed a $175 delivery fee on top of the propane fill up. When I called the 1 800 number they said to call our regional supplier and they may waive or reduce the delivery fee. When i called they said they would not. The mgr said "Who's going to pay the driver?".

I have been a loyal customer for 18 yrs and not waiving or reducing the delivery fee is not acceptable. I told the mgr that was bad business as i will take my business elsewhere and tell my friends and neighbors if it is not reduced. He didnt seem to care.

I have contacted a competitor that is happy to have my business and said the 1st fillup is .90 a gallon and 1.50 for the remainder of the year. When my tank runs dry i will be calling you to pick up the tank.
