Horrible customer service. We're staying at our family vaca spot while house hunting and need a propane delivery for heat and cooking/baking.

Our tank was very low bc the property isnt used very often (now we're out..). We prepaid to fill the tank when requesting the delivery. First we were told up to 4 days (the end of the week) for the delivery. At the end of the 4th day we called and were then told it would actually be up to 7 days for delivery.

Well, its been 8 days, and and still no propane. Thats on top of the fact that we were charged 2x the going rate for fuel. And the fact that the woman on the phone was very rude and condicending (like she was annoyed that I even called.. keep in mind i remained pleasant throughout the call.

I wasnt mad then, but i sure as *** am now..). I feel like we're being thrown on the back burner bc we've already paid for the propane, and it doesnt have to be delivered for suburban to get their money. Overall, what im getting from all this is.. they deliver to customers who dont prepay or even want fuel, period.

But long time customers who are out of propane and pay for their services in advanced, dont get delivered. How are these people even in business???
