This woman is a disgrace! Not sure how she is still employed there!

I am a single mom of 2 with no support from anyone else. I couldn't pay my full balance and she would not work with me to try and set up payments, so because she refused to do anything other than the full balance my account went past 60 days and are now taking my tanks!!! I have worked in collections for a very long time and I've never could believe people could be this horrible! DONT use them people!

They are so expensive and don't work with you with payments! Unfortunately they are not accredited through the BBB, but this definitely needs to get out to people prior to them getting services through them.

Product or Service Mentioned: Suburban Propane Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1100.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
