Suburban Propane - Very angry and cold
I call on a Wednesday to set up for my delivery of propane . They tell me it will be Friday in the meantime I have 20%.
We use for hot water and heat . No propane delivery on Friday so we cut back our use turning the heat down for the weekend Because they told us we would have a Monday delivery now less than 10%. Monday no propane delivery so I call and they say we are scheduled for Wednesday at this point I am furious. Still no delivery on Wednesday now this is 8days with low propane and space heaters now so we will have Hot water.
Less than 5% now and being told delivery is thursday! This is unacceptable and no way to treat a customer. I threatened to have another company come and put new tanks as this tank is buried and rather large 260gal I think.
I will be looking fo a new supplier this spring after I dig the tank up. Did I mention we have been in single digits

****FILE***** a complaint w, the Justice Dept !!! I filled mine as of 10-17-18 I hope ALL w past complaints could see this.
Me=disabled,elderly,homebound,full time care, ssi... etc. Long story short.......They left me w/o any heat last Jan,2018,for 9 days-our snow days :( Not counting being charged out the *** $$$ I could NEVER figure out my billing) They took my tank 7-18,w/o any cutoff notice, cause of their business screw-ups, reg billing.
I just happened to look online, to see if there were " elderly right's" & sure enough...Suburban IS breaking many Consumers laws....FILE A COMPLAINT Q: has anyone tried to figure out their bill from their printed billing ( I had requested) before ? & ** it was insane ??
