Got a call from their credit center today. Was told that I owe almost $900 in back payment.
I asked how could that be I'm on a budget plan and pay every month and only get deliveries every six months. I was told the budget plan didn't start over after the first six months, but I was still paying. I told the woman that had called that I think the price of $5.69/ gallon was high and was told that it was because of a long winter.....last winter. I told her I got a delivery a month ago so what does last winter have to do with the price.
She said its because I don't use enough propane. I told her I'm going to shop around and was told she didn't care if I switched providers. The reps name was deena.
I recommend no one ever go to suburban. The company I had before was bought by suburban and every time I get a delivery my prices go up by a dollar a gallon.
