New ReviewerI was on 15% when I called Jan 3 2018 there in my area every Tuesday Kathy on the phone said Tuesday the driver would deliver my gas. Well now it is Friday the 13 still no gas I am below 5% now and we're having a winter storm.
I guess I will call the Better Business Bureau. They should also replace my 15%.
It's not right how they do people. I have a small child in the house and they act like they don't care as long as they get payed.

they cannot give out legal advise nor can they tell you the nature of any complaint against anyone.
they can only tell you how many complaints. besides, Suburban doesn't care about their score as much as the money they rake in.
